Or in the case you need to move homes and you want to take your existing A/C units from your old to a new premise with you. We can assist to dismantle and install them back for you.
While proper maintenance and care can greatly extend the lifespan and working efficiency of your home’s air conditioning system, eventually, all air conditioners will need to be replaced. There are a few ways you can tell if your A/C needs to be replaced.
• Your A/C is using the obsolete ozone depleting R22 cooling gas
• Your A/C system requires frequent repairs
• Your air conditioner is not energy-efficient with high electricity consumption
• You want to increase your energy savings
• Your A/C no longer keeps your home comfortable
If any of the above signs apply to your home’s air conditioning system, it might be time to consider replacing your air conditioner. Modern, energy-efficient options are designed to last for about 12 years, which can save you money on your utility bills and reduce the likelihood of frequent future breakdowns and expensive repairs.
Please check our A/C PRODUCTS page for a range of common range of air conditioning units. If you need specialized A/C systems, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Premise Size: Premises come in all shapes and sizes. So do air conditioning systems! Properly measuring the size of your rooms is essential to adequately cool your house and preventing costly energy bills. Here is a rough guide to measure your load calculation to determine the A/C system for your premise.
BTU/Hr Calculation
Room Size Volume
W x L x H (ft) = Subtotal x 6 = Room Size Volume
Additions:
How many person? Each person +600BTU/Hr
With Window? If yes, add +10% of Room Size Volume
Total = Room Size Volume + Additions = BTU/Hr
System Features: If you are in need of certain A/C features or unsure of specific system to purchase, consult us for recommendations. For example, if aesthetics is your main concern, we would suggest Daikin’s Home Central Air Conditioning System or if space is an issue, we would suggest VRV system for your premise. We’ll be glad to help you out and answer your questions.
Comfort Enhancements: In customizing your new cooling system to your home’s unique needs, we may suggest a number of enhancements to make your system run more efficiently and improve the air quality in your home.
Operating Costs: As equipment ages, it becomes less and less efficient. Even six-year old air conditioners are considered grossly inefficient by today’s energy standards. Installing a new cooling system can actually pay for itself in energy savings within a relatively short time as newer systems can help to cut up to 60% of energy consumption in A/C systems.
